How to Make a 50W LED portable 12v DC

In this tutorial for making a 50w LED movable and work only with 12v DC We need

1- 50w LED (Floodlight)

2- 12V battery

3- fan for cooling down LED (this is CPU fan)

4- 12v to 30v Dc to Dc converter

    12V to 30V?? LEDs are current driven, not voltage-driven. Fail.
